Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth Ombudsman and the Inspector of the National Anti-Corruption Commission

The purpose of the MOU is to set out arrangements for the referral of matters between the parties to ensure that a matter is dealt with by the more appropriate agency, and other arrangements for liaison and cooperation between the parties.
